"Worst hotel stay of my life. The first room entered had an awful wet dog and urine odor the second you stepped through the door. We immediately went back to the front to ask for a new room, and the attendant was very kind and gave us another room. The second room also had a similar odor and damp carpet throughout the whole room. I felt disgusted the entire night. The only reason I would give this hotel a 1 star is because of the hotel attendant being kind."

"It took 3 tries to get us an adequate room that was clean and comfortable. So many hotels, be choosy and spend the extra $25.."

"Gas leak at 12am. Had to evacuate and leave. No staff on duty was helping out. Need full refund. I had to find a motel at 12am with a pregnant wife. "

"Room was dirty. Housekeeping did not Clean the room, period. The toilet & tub was dirty. They just pulled the sheets back on the bed and did not change them. I asked to have the bed made with fresh sheets but I didn’t sleep on them. I bought a sheet set from Walmart and put on top of the bed. This hotel needs a serious remodel with up to date technology. Even the wall trims (wood) were dusty. Night stand dirty. Awful. "

"Arrived to check in and found no one in the office, there was a video screen with someone asking "can I help you"? I couldn't hear them so I motioned for my wife to come in. Well she, being about to hear a fly fart, couldn't hear either! An older gentleman walked up and started yelling at her, the lady onscreen, turn it up! turn your mic up! Never could hear!!! We had reservations for a deluxe room with king bed and sleeper sofa, didn't get it, charged a $4.99 fee on top of the quoted "Hotels.com" price. Black hairs all over the room especially the bathroom! Was not an enjoyable night!!! So glad we only had to stay one night!!! The sad thing is it had great reviews, don't know how that happened???"
