"I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great "

"The hotel was very clean and staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was in good order and all of the facilities functioned well. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I had multiple issues with the room. The lack of a desk light made working difficult even with all the lights in the room on. A clock would be nice as I do not have a smartphone for this purpose. "Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards.
