"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel...

"My room was disgusting. I got in late around 3am the bed sheet had stains on it. Since I it was so late I had no energy to go down and complain about it so I covered and laid two hand towels over the stains. When I woke up to take a shower I used the wash cloth to wash my face and there was hair in it. There was also long hair in the shower. I bought this up to gentleman at the front desk I also took pictures of what I found and obviously he knew it wasn’t my hair because I have really short...

"Don't get room 210 or down that end of the hall if you care about wifi. It was terrible. The staff let me know, yet they still gave me the room..... Breakfast was spartan at best. I'm glad I brought my own. Wiping cloth left in my bathroom and toilet seat was broken. Still, the access is good, staff friendly and I truly believe they want to provide a good product."

"Top of bed had several small black hairs on it, opened up the bed and found another long black hair. Dirt, crumbs and dust accumulation at base of the headboard on the ground under the middle nightstand that had to be there for quite a while. Did not sleep well because the room felt dirty 😬. Overwhelming smell of harsh scent air freshener in the lobby."
