"The room was clean. But I’d asked for a non-adjoining room and the deadbolt was broken on the main door. We were right off the elevator and I barely slept because the door didn’t lock. "

"My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night. "

"Our stay was great. The rooms are clean and reflect the antique nature of the inn. It is warm and inviting. The inn keep is wonderful. Looking forward to following the renovations. "

La propreté laisse à désiré, il y avait une odeur désagréable dans les chambres et la qualité du déjeuner est aussi moins bonne qu'auparavant, il manquait plusieurs éléments de base comme du pain et du beurre. Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité prix est en déca des attentes et j'ai été déçu de l'expérience en général."

"Booked because the site stated 24 hour front desk which was not true. Was NOT able to check in. Called listed number which was a national number and the person offered a room in North Carolina. A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning."

"Parking was easy, place isn’t the nicest but it was warm and clean-ish"

"Room was clean however the shower temp was not hot and the water in the tub did not drain properly. So the shower experience was poor .Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very nice. "

"Everyone was incredible but the gentleman that checked us in was our favorite. Great sense of humor and he even took it upon himself to go out of his way and ensure my pregnant wife had easy access to our room with parking directly outside of our window. We will be back! "

"It is a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only complaint is only one door (the front door) was shoveled out, so had to drag bags through feet of snow piles after being told to park out back. "
