"Hotel is excellent with very helpful staff and free airport shuttle service which is very helpful. The buffet breakfast was awesome. We even had dinner which was also too good with so many things to eat and we were so full, we could not eat the delicious looking desserts. Drinking water is directly not served in the room as bottles but a pitcher is given which we need to fill from a water dispenser which could be improved I would say. Rest everything is good. If you have a flight from Narita Airport, this hotel is best to choose as per pricing and amenities"

"We had a wonderful night at the hotel before travelling to the airport. The room was very spacious, very clean, and we found the beds very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The shower was very good. We used the airport shuttle to and from the airport, which was efficient and clean. Our shuttle bus was full but check in was still fast and easy. There is a very well stocked Lawson on site which also sells souveneirs. We would definitely stay again on our return to Japan."

"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but yakinikity is within walking distance, and Kashiwa Station is one stop away with plenty of food and shopping. Clean throughout. Will stay again. "
