We love staying at this property whenever we visit Fort Collins. The rooms are very clean and the staff is accommodating to all of our needs. They go over and above to make it a welcoming experience. It has the best continental breakfast of all hotels we stay at.

The staff were friendly and helpful; the property was clean; and the breakfast had a nice variety of offerings. I highly recommend staying here. As far as I can tell there was no elevator, so just keep that in mind when booking.

Enjoyed our two night stay. The smaller hotel makes for easy in and out without having to lug bags a long distance. Good breakfast was nice. Hot tub needs to be cleaned. It is full of sand on the seats and floor.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kiva Inn and would definitely stay again! The manager or owner who checked us in was courteous and very sweet. Breakfast was very basic but had warm options like biscuits and gravy and eggs and potatoes. Rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room.
