"I really do like the property managers and help.... There are a few things that involved preventative maintenance and repair... I was not aware of several items, such as: I was told that the ice machine on the 3rd floor was working fine... but, as I passed by on the way to my room, I stepped into the small area where the ice was supposed to be. The room was dirty and the ice machine did not function at all. Also, my room had a lav. sink that was continually running. It needed some simple repair. The microwave sat unplugged so I carefully picked it up and moved it to another outlet.... I wanted to see if it was simply broken. After plugging it in, I found that it worked just fine."
