"The property looked run-down from outside, but the staff were friendly, the gym was nice, and there were gas stations and restaurants in walking distance"
"The hotel was fine. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the pool, which our 6-year-old was eager to use, was closed when we arrived. And throughout the entire stay it never reopened and we could never get a straight answer as to why it was closed or when it would reopen. Wouldn’t stop me from booking the property again, but it was a little frustrating."
"Great little hotel! Staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast spread was great! Waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, and more. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"I was really disappointed in breakfast. No juice because machine was broken. They had chocolate milk in 1 gallon container but no juice containers or individual bottles? I asked person working in breakfast area why they had no other options and she said” management wouldn’t pay for that.”
I also had to wait for 10 minutes while another lady made 3 waffles when I was making one. Could there be 2 waffle machines??? Also there are large windows in this area and it was sunny and hot while I stood waiting for waffle machines could their maybe be blinds added?
I was coming back from Mount Rushmore and this hotel was the best one and was looking forward to staying there in Rawlins!"
"We stayed in Room #110 and really enjoyed our stay. The room had a nice vintage wood finish that gave it a cozy feel and made it different from a regular motel room. Everything was clean and comfortable.
It was really nice having a bar right on the property to relax after a long day. The coin laundry was also a big help since we had just finished a hike and were able to wash all our clothes before getting back on the road.
The staff was friendly, the stay was peacefull, and everything we needed was there. We would gladly stay here again if we're back in the area."
