"No regular coffee in our room and no coffee at 7am in the lobby."

"My air conditioner wasn’t working it was super hot in the room . There was no parking and i was told I can pay for the parking out front for $78 but it not guarantee a spot if I leave and come back. Also I spent about 30 min in the line to check into my room."

"My room was clean and spacious! Check in was very easy and the lady who checked me in was kind and helpful! The elevators are a little scary and need to be addressed. I had to leave before breakfast but it looked delicious! Check out was easy. I missed that there is no pool and that is totally on me! I appreciated a nice room to stay before I had to drive back to NC."
