"We stayed overnight after a long drive from Florida, the room served its purpose it was clean and quiet, a little outdated but didnt bother me enough to change a 5 star rating. Front desk man was really nice and helpful plus it was super affordable given the last minute reservation."

"The overall stay was excellent. The property was well maintained and clean. In the room we stayed in it was clean but the only thing that was a little irritating was the bathroom door would not shut or open freely. It was off balance so it was hard to close and open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Very friendly staff, every single person and helpful with any questions any request they are kind to our family and to the family dog that we brought they were really sweet to him and appreciated. What a well trained animal he is and they know a lot about the military base, of course so there was a very kind interaction with And about my grandson who was graduating becoming a military policeman at the base they’re very familiar with that whole situation. "We checked out a day early. Our room wasn't clean. We had to go ask for more toilet paper. There was red goo all over the pull out mattress, the sheets weren't changed. There was tears on the couch. There was something running down the wall in the bathroom. There was only one coffee cup for 3 people. The condiment packages for coffee was open and items removed. The hallway had plastic cups and didn't look vacuumed. In the dining area, there were no forks out and crock pots were used to...

"Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk."

"The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....
