"We booked for the North Tower, the elevator lines were pretty wild for one night due to broken down elevators. The rooms don’t have my outlets to use and have no USB charging ports, so bring your wall adapter. The room was fairly clean, we inspected for bed bugs and no signs of that. The bathroom was okay, there was no bar soap for washing hands. The TV didn’t work and I told the front desk and no one ever came by like that had said. We are on property one night for dinner and the server was overwhelmed which just delayed our food. At Burro they never even called us even though they said the wait time was about 40 mins. Which we waited but never got a text saying our table was ready.
The beach access was the star of the show. It was great and not crowded at all. Parking was easy and plentiful. We also used the shuttle that takes you for free to Tropicana, that was a great perk. I think it’s pricey for what it is. But it was fine stay."
