"The front desk female associate was dry, short and not very welcoming. We had to ask questions about beach and pool access not very forwarding with the info or wrist-band required. The hotel is a little aged, smoking is still allowed and food court is limited. Food options closes very early & Buffett is closed until….?"

"Our room was clean. The air conditioning took a while to cool down the room. The ice machine was broken on our floor. We utilized the pool, which was very small and warm. The pool bar was not open nor was anybody answering the line it said to call for bar service. We ate at Claim Jumpers our waitress was great."
