Staff checking people could be more friendly. I had driven 11 hours and felt like the woman checking me in could have had a much better attitude.

The stay was good. The staff was nice. However we stayed three nights and we had to ask each time for somebody to bring us towels and to make our bed and two of those nights. We never had anyone make up our bed.
First off, the water pressure was amazing! We stayed in room 124 and the bathtub was big enough for me to soak in with feeling like my shoulders were going to curl in on each other. The staff was very friendly and very respectful of our privacy and belongings. The only thing I didn't like were there weren't any looks on our adjourning room. We could open our side of the door, there was no handle on the other side but I still felt like a good solid push would open the other door.
The only issue I had with the room was we had 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels. I have stayed in many hotels and worked in 4 and have never seen one that had less than 4 sets of towels in a room that had a 4 person occupancy capacity. Although there was only 2 of us in this room, I happen to have very long hair and require an extra towel to shower with. We had no problem getting extra towels ....we just didnt feel it was something that should have been in this type room already....
Free continental breakfast was mostly diminished before an hour had even passed and was not restocked.
Pet fee was not disclosed during booking process.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Clean.
Only problem i can say is Why do they charge per pet .
The floor is not carpet and should be moped between quest so really don't know what the charge covers and what extra cleaning they have to do.

Everything was good except for the lightning in the room. It was a suite and had a lamp in on each side of bed but no lights in the sitting area at all. Neither lamps or overhead.

The front desk made me run my card even though my entire stay was paid for in advance. I don’t have a problem putting a card down for, “just in case.” What I do have an issue with is running my card for an unknown reason. The front desk never told me what I was swiping my card for. Other than that, check in was easy.

We had a basketball tournament there this past weekend and I had to do the team laundry. And the washer and dryer wasn't the best so they let me use their big washer & dryer.... everyone was nice great place to stay if I ever come back I will defiantly stay there again!

I had to run the shower for 10 minutes to get “warm,” enough water that I could shower. The back door to the hotel didn’t lock, the door handle going in and out of my room was sticky and dirty, but what really did it for me was the lukewarm water at 0430 this morning. Unacceptable…

Very dark. No lighting in the room. None on the desk, none in the sitting room.
No directions for the TV, no listing of services.
On the side. It was ok for a 1 night emergency stay. The server in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful. The reception desk, not so much.

My room was dark because it needed a lamp for the area of the couch and needs a table & chair to eat at because there's a microwave and refrigerator.

We had several issues with our room. No hot water one morning, low water pressure, bathroom electrical outlet broken, and a strong chemical smell in the room. Manager offered to move us but we didn’t have time before our meeting.
The hotel was crowded and very noisy two nights and food ran out at breakfast.
