We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues

Good place to stay. Beautiful scenery. Unfortunately we found that our room smelt a bit like a locker room and the carpets looked grungy. The beds and bathroom were clean. The elevator was down when we stayed so we did have to carry our luggage upstairs. This might be difficult for some.

Hotel was clean, functional and only a short drive from Fort William. Food was good and parking easy. Only downside was that it is very isolated once you are there.

We had a fantastic stay! It was convenient, clean, comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the cafe. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They were all so friendly and eager to help. A special shout out to Ben at the cafe. He took such good care of us and he is a standout member of the team.

Cheap alternative to staying in Fort William, great location and nice room. Parking is free for hotel guests and you get a discount on the Gondola as well as at the bar and gift shops. Quiet when I was there though I'm sure it gets much busier at other times of the year. Would stay there again!

The accommodation were basic. Room had instant coffee and a kettle. One towel per person staying the room. There was no closet and a small rod to had 4-5 items for 3 people. No luggage rack, no tissue (only toilet paper), bed sheets has hair on them and there was weird stains from spills on the ground. It was a good for a quick night stay in a commute and or for college kids looking for a cheap hotel when on the mountain. Fee parking was a bonus. Wouldn’t stay again. Front desk staff was nice though so they get a great review!
