DelJuan, you stayed 2 nights, the room service is provided every alternate day as per Hilton's standard, on your 2nd day you had DND sign and 3rd day you checked out. As far as linen or extra towels are concerned, they can always be taken from the front desk anyway. We still apologize for the inconvenience.
