"I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the room itself was clean and looked nice, my overall experience was very disappointing. The noise level was terrible. I could constantly hear water running through the pipes, especially when the room above flushed the bathroom. On top of that, you could clearly hear people walking around on the upper floor. The noise was so disruptive that I woke up several times during the night. Unfortunately, this made for a very uncomfortable stay. I expected a...

" Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. "

"The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. "
