péssimo wifi, elevador muito demorado. O café da manhã era bom, mas pelo nivel do hotel imaginava algo melhor, exemplo: tinha água quente, mas as opções de chá ficavam guardadas, tinha de pedir. ah e a sra que faz tapioca, fez a MELHOR tapioca que já comi em hotel; o estacionamento era muito apertado, mas extremamente limpo, só faltava dizer no site que a entrada é pela rua lateral. Achei estranho um hóspede ter deixado um prato sujo no corredor e uma funcionária passar e não recolher. O quarto era bem amplo e limpo. os funcionários sempre muito gentis.

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado. O único inconveniente é que a internet não funcionou bem durante a hospedagem. Fizemos várias solicitações de suporte e os técnicos não conseguiram resolver. É possível que, por termos ficado no 13º andar, o sinal de wi-fi não fosse suficiente para abranger os cômodos.

Se tratando de opçoes para o cafe, cafe da manha, muito a baixo do esperado e para a possivel qualidade do hotel informado; a qualidade do quarto muito abaixo do esperado, embora os cama e tolhas estejam limpas, mais sem opçoes de suporte, sobre a equipe na ´podemos generalizar, mais por parte alguns com falta de treinamento, sobre estacionamento nao posso opinar pois foi um recurso do qual nao utilizei, no geral hotel fraco pelo valor da estadia cobrado.

Recomendo o hotel. Tive uma boa estadia, cama e ar-condicionado bons. O Hotel está em uma boa localização e estrutura atende. A Equipe é atenta e disponível na busca por soluções, porém, o restaurante é terceirizado e não consegui o atendimento quando busquei. Houveram também alguns problemas com o elevador e o café da manhã tinha restrição a quantidade de pedidos, coisa que não vejo como comum em hoteis de cidades turísticas.
