"Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument. Les lieux sont sales, mal entretenus et très loin des photos affichées. L’hygiène laisse sérieusement à désirer, les chambres sont dans un état déplorable, avec une odeur insupportable et un confort inexistant. Le personnel est désagréable, peu professionnel et totalement indifférent aux remarques des clients. On a l’impression que tout est laissé à l’abandon. Le service est lent, désorganisé et aucune considération...

"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt...
