We booked shortly before arriving, check in was a breeze, the room setup was perfect for us as we have preteens who were able to stay up late in the adjacent room without bothering us. Basic toiletries were provided which made it easier instead of having to unpack and repack everything on a whim since we were just sleeping and getting back on the road again. "The hotel room was nice and spacious. i stayed in a king bed room. the area was not the best. it was next to a motel where some sketchy people were standing outside and arguing. i will say the only problem i had with the room was the floor was sticky and felt slimy and also the shower wasn’t the cleanest."

The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again.""
