Very nice updated and modern hotel. As a tourist, I found it a little far from the tourist center of new old town but you could take the light rail or a taxi there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Champions bar was fun.

Very busy hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. The sports bar/restaurant had good food. Breakfast buffet was big with lots of choices. Room had a nice view. Small park across the street was nice to take a walk through.

My visit was very short, less than 24hrs, but for the time I was there, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend/stay there agian. We were able to check in early (not always possible, but this really eased our day), we could walk to the Messe for our conference, taxis were readily available outside, and we went to a great restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were very clean and I had a great view of the city.

Great Business Hotel

Great hotel with very nice staff. Restaurants and champions bar are legendary since many years. Rooms are good. Nice comfortable beds. super clean. Quiet. All you need is there when you are on a business trip. Eventually the aircondition system could receive a refurbishment at some point. But that is minor.

The meals that were provided free of charge were excellent. We enjoyed them very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had during our stay was that the main TV did not work. When we brought it to the attention of the main desk nothing was done about it. Outside of this issue everything was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

I’m honestly very disappointed with this stay. Come on, this is a Marriott, and sadly, it fell short of the standards I expected from the brand. After an 11-hour flight, I arrived around 3 PM and was told check-in was at 4 PM, which I understood. I went out for a while and returned around 5 PM, expecting our room to be ready. Instead, we were told the hotel was experiencing a computer system glitch affecting both check-ins and check-outs. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about which rooms were actually available, and we were left waiting in the lobby for a very long time with little communication and no compensation for the inconvenience. Even aside from the check-in issue, the hotel felt fairly average. The AC was also not up to standard, and the property seems to need some maintenance. I expected much more from a Marriott and hope management addresses these issues.
