"This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am."

"Realmente não sei como alguns colegas classificaram esse hotel como EXCEPCIONAL. É UMA TRISTEZA!!!! A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. "Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff; beautiful rooms, buildings, landscaping, pool, hot tub, and vineyards; delicious food and wines--did that cover it? This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, and, for what you get, very reasonably priced. Our room was large with plenty of storage and the bed and pillows very comfortable. They offer a complimentary tour of the winery and wine tasting. Our host for the tour was Agostino, who spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. An equivalent tour in the US would have been costly but here was free with our room. Our only disappointment was that on our bike ride (free bikes!) through the vineyards, we were stopped by a few dogs that didn't appear so nice! Shoutouts to Barbara, Nacho, and Gabriel at the front desk for their hard work and dedication. Again, the entire staff was wonderful, whether we knew their names or not. "

"Daytime desk manager spoke English and was very helpful. He gave directions to various locations, helped paying for a taxi that did not take a credit card when we arrived without local currency, then called a money changer to come to the hotel for us. Every night but Monday, there is an amazing free fountain set to lights and music in the square in front of the hotel. The pool was nice. "
