Everything was clean. Enjoyed the eclectic charm of the property. Much of property was not opened or under construction. Also the shower in our room was tiny and hot water inconsistent.

A cool and eclectic B&B that is relaxing and comfortable. Very little involvement with people other than other guests which was fine with us. We enjoyed the grotto pool and watched the sunset from the upper deck. The highlight for me was being able to see shooting stars early in the morning from the upper deck. Deer met us on the road coming in and cats greeted us when we arrived. We will be back!!

The facility overall was nice. The breakfast in the morning was good. The man made grotto was neat to see. The water was rather cold to swim in but an interesting feature. Really enjoyed the Star gazing / Astronomer on site. The room itself left something to be desired. the curtains for the window to the outside and to the interior of the building didn't block enough light out of the room. I think most of the rooms had the interior windows covered but ours didn't. The room is really too small for a king size bed. The remote for the TV didn't seem to work but thankfully we brought our Roku. The bathroom in the room kind of felt like an after thought in how it was designed. The estate is definitely going for a vintage building / Spanish feel. That being said it's very easy to accidentally drive by the main entrance without realizing it. The location is very close to Enchanted Rock.

If you're looking for a peaceful, rustic, and a good place to star gaze this is it for sure. Nice place for a weekend getaway/small wedding venue. Breakfast and dinner options on Fridays and Saturdays only but food was excellent when served. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms so not a problem if staying for more than a few days. Bar also open on the weekends only. It's a cat sanctuary (they have about 16 cats on the property, all outdoor cats) so if you're allergic to cats may not be a good place for you. Close to hiking trails if that's your thing. Closest town about a 30–40-minute drive. Overall, we loved the place even though it would benefit from some upkeep.

Soul rejuvenating experience

The entire vibe was amazing, so much beatuy wrapped into one place. A wonderful retreat, great food, a on site saloon with live music! Sound bath offerings , star parties! All around and amazing retreat can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Trois Estate! The property is gorgeous and full of character—it truly feels like a hidden gem. The highlight of my visit was the staff—they were SO helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, they made the experience seamless and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, one-of-a-kind getaway with top-notch service! Weekends stays are recommended to get the full experience of this cool hidden gem with the saloon opens up and if you can take a hike up enchanted rock definitely worth the walk!

We came for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing! Service was top notch! They went above and beyond to accommodate us! The dinner and breakfast offered were delicious. The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay.

This property has absolutely gorgeous views. It has an old world Spanish Mexican mix feel you would not expect in hill country. The main limiting factor is there is not any lunch or dinner options Sunday through Thursday. You would need to drive into town or be very creative with the food supplies you bring with you.

A Really Nice Gem Near Fredericksburg!

A beautiful place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and unique place to stay. The lodge we stayed in was really nice with a bar and a pool table. The food was really good, the underground pool is very cool, and we really enjoyed both live music and sound bath both done by Keith. We look forward to staying again one of these days.

We really enjoyed our 1 night in the Raphael suite. It is right next to a pool and this estate has a fun vibe! Very unique!! So much to see. Location is ideal for hiking at Enchanted Rock! Breakfast was a delicious buffet with everything you could want in a beautiful building! We’d love to come back for stargazing with the astronomer on the rooftop!
