"The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"Wished I could have given this a better rating. Staff was very nice and even extended breakfast a little bit for latecomers. A lot of renovation had been done in the lobby and in the bedrooms. The bedroom was excellent, bright, and was better than normal at this price point. However, the bathroom didn't match the bedroom, which took it down a star. A newer shower curtain would go a long way to making the bathroom better. Also, the fridge did not work, which, fortunately for us, was not critical. I also took it down a second star mainly for other travelers because the gym was out of order, which could matter to some. The pool was also close, but it wasn't the season for it. I would still consider staying here again."

"We were to be there for two nights but left the first morning. This place is a disgrace. Just driving up to it should tell the story. We checked in after driving all day around six o'clock and were ready for some deserved rest. The bed was the only plus. The floor turned the bottom of my white socks black, the toilet didn't flush very well, there was popcorn between the sheet and mattress, the a/c worked poorly, the faucet in the cracked sink was very hard to use and the chair was a stained mess. We complained to the manager about the conditions and all he said was he would talk to housekeeping and maintenance about it. The comp breakfast consisted of do it yourself waffle maker, dry cereal and a dirty single cup coffee maker with no fruit or any pastry. If any updated pictures were posted on the site, not one person would want to stay there. Don't be fooled by the picture of the front, it looks like it was done 30 years ago just like the rooms!"

"The website said there would be a bathtub and there wasn't...the light bulb wasn't working in the first room ....they gave me another room at the end of the hall and I have problems walking....when I asked for a room at least near the elevator the guy told me no...... The swimming pool wasn't open....and my key stopped working in the middle of my trip and the phone and tv stopped working as well.....I definitely won't be staying there again..."

"If I could give a 0 star i would do that. I checked in late night at 10:30 with 10y old daughter and husband and they gave me a room which was preoccupied. Imagine the horror of getting in a room late at night with people sleeping in it. I don't blame them screaming at us but my daughter got very scared all because of the goof up of the staff. When i went back the only response was sorry , that room was showing unoccupied in the system . That's it ! What about the horror my family and the family staying there had to go through ! Nothing at all"
