"Elevators were down when we stayed. Although originally we were booked a room on the 5th floor, front desk was able to get us a room on the 4th floor…one less flight of stairs to go up and down. With two kids, one being 14 months old, it was a lot to go up and down the stairs. Other than that everything else was ok"

"This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

"We have been going here for more than 7 years to visit our daughter & family. Unfortunately there was an incident Sunday with at least 30 kids I would say 15 - 23 years of age that was a very uncomfortable situation, not sure we will be back."

And the breakfast for a ‘Hotel Breakfast’ was one of the best we’ve had in a while. BUT, it was not without issues. Parking to even sign in was a total mess. There are four spaces in front of the place for loading and unloading only. Mostly always filled and people were parked in the street. Parking is up the street in a garage. The second night...

"The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in lady was beyond unprofessional from the first moment. Everything is super dirty and old. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. "Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."
