"Rooms definately in need of some TLC. However, beds were comfy, amazing water pressure, never had to wait for hot water in the shower, fridge and microwave were great to have! Breakfast was good - the staff was very helpful in making sure you had everything you needed. I had a small problem in my room and the staff took care of it immediately. Everyone I came in contact was very nice. I could see this hotel being a great venue to host weddings, events... just needs some updating! Location is great with a short drive to Ithaca College. I would stay here again!"

"An absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome after a late check in. My daughter absolutely loved the incredible view from our room, and the breakfast was a fantastic touch that made the stay feel extra special. Can't wait to come back!"

"Very unusual property with various buildings spread out through the village. The room was quite good. The only complaint is that the hotel is very understaffed and there was little help available in certain areas. For example, we had to carry kayaks and find paddles and life jackets ourselves because there was not a single person working on the boat area."

"Property wasn’t clean, elevators very dirty. My room was not properly cleaned the 3 nights I was there. There was hair in my shower when I first went to use it and it was never cleaned up during my stay. Staff was nice but not very efficient when I asked to join Marriott rewards. I had to ask two different people to complete the sign up and I still have not been given the points for my stay. I guess I will have to call to have it cleared up."

"You can tell they made an effort to renovate the rooms. This is a motel with pretty cramped rooms, best suited for a solo person or couple, in transit for a couple days. Their renovation efforts are a bit hindered by some maintenance issue, hence the missing star. Still, i would recomend this as a decent motel, suited for singles or couples transiting the area. It's in a middle of quiet nature environement, Rooms have a dual HVAC which can either cool or heat the room, depending on the situation. Nice accomodating receptionist. They also offer a basic continental breakfast. Plenty of free parking."
