"We stayed at Comfort Suites in Jackson, Missouri, for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms could use a few cosmetic updates and minor touch-ups, but they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained where it mattered most.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and any questions we had were handled professionally and with a smile.
We also appreciated how easy the location was to find. DoorDash had no trouble delivering to the hotel, which was convenient after a long day of traveling.
The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. While the pool water itself was a little cool, the room was comfortably warm, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The fitness center was also clean, organized, and in excellent condition.
Considering the reasonable price, this hotel offered great value. Between the comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, clean amenities, and convenient location, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly stay here again"
