"Loved access to the la fitness. The staff at front desk were very friendly and attentive. My only issue was with the ac unit in the room being very noisy and the body wash in shower not dispensing. Room was clean and bag plenty of space. Really like the toilet separate from the shower. Would stay again."

"Expedia sold me this fake booking for CAD $128 at 8:30pm. When we get there at 11:30 pm, we are told by a VERY rude receptionist that they had no rooms available and us being stranded after driving 6 hours was "not his problem". So we had to call across town and ended up paying walk-in prices of USD $165 elsewhere. This is clearly your fault, Expedia, for facilitating this exchange. I have already left a full report on BBB about this. You guys have to be held accountable for this, and I expect...

"Staff were amazing, our hotel room had a gorgeous view of the Pittsburgh skyline. The bar and lounge on site were a bit expensive but very nice and in comparison to other downtown restaurants the price wasn't bad. Parking was easy, the pool was chilly, I think the thermometer was broke, the carpet a little worn, but it was clean, and the staff ... Amazing!!!"

"There is no parking with this hotel. My daughter and I met there as a half way point. So we had 2 vehicles. $40 a day to self park but you couldn’t go in and out or $50 a day for valet. The valet and garage were not associated with the hotel. “ third party operators “ I was told. It cost us more to park our cars for 3 days than it did to stay at the hotel."

"This was not the normal Embassy Suites. In an office building, check in was on 25th floor. No atrium. Bar was very weak. No restaurant. There was a large bug, dead, in the hallway all weekend. Room was ok but old and tired, worn. I booked a two bed room for two adults but was told they only had one bed king left, no guarantee because I booked on Expedia. Will avoid this hotel and booking on Expedia in future."
