"This was my furst experience staying in a B&B, and after this it will be hard to stay in a hotel again. The house is absolutely beautiful! If you love old homes, you want to stay here. The architectural details are amazing. The owners were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was yummy! The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The rates are very reasonable. If I travel back to Salisbury again, I will definitely be returning to Gillis Grier."

"I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. The decor is adorable. The town is quite charming. Heidi made dining recommendations and did her utmost to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is I...
