At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them...
