"Quite old hotel but charming, with nice views. We stayed in a tatami room and the futon beds were very comfortable! We also benefited from the free shuttle service of the hotel to Kawaguchiko station. Only downside might be the location as there isn’t much around especially at night.Shoutout to the kind, senior gentleman (which I believe was the owner) for helping us contact JR East regarding our lost phone and being so helpful in finding it out. Massive thank you!"

"GREAT VIEWS of Mt Fuji while having breakfast. Good selection of food as well. Rooms were comfortable, Onsen access required a short walk through covered hallway but is accessible. Perfect location to the amusement park. Parking very accessible."

"The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised. Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown."

"Perfect place to stay. Its so clean, the staff is friendly, there is free shuttle by the hotel to/from Kawaguchiko station every 10 mins which takes literally 2 mins. Breakfast is included, very close to the kawaguchi lake. Highly recommended."

"The hotel description is very misleading. The rooms are extremely small, and the double room is one tiny bed (the same size as one bed in a twin room). The decor is extremely outdated, the bathroom is tiny, and you cannot change the heating in the room by yourself meaning it is either too cold or too hot. You need to call reception to adjust the temperature. The Onsen was fine. Definitely very overpriced for what you get."
