"This hotel was so beautiful and serene. I highly recommend using both Onsens, especially at night, there was something so magical about out being in an onsen under the night sky with the rain falling on you, an experience I will cherish!"

"My wife and I were genuinely blown away by this hotel. Difficult to describe fully how great of an experience we had in the short time we spent at the hotel. The garden on the property along with the available amenities throughout the hotel are truly exceptional. I recommend anyone stay at this hotel if given the opportunity. It will shape your perception on what the standard should be for hospitality."

"I had a great experience, after Tokyo to revitalize and ready for the next city on my adventure. In the Summertime of the two night stay, my second night provided good views of Mt Fuji and Lake from the hotel rooftop viewing area. The Spa facilities were great, and my massage was awesome. The Onsen dinner was good, and breakfast had many choices, and was good quality overall. I could recommend Konansou to friends."

"Loved the room! Staying on the speedway was so cool. The hotel was modern and clean. There were lots of amenities and things to do, but everything was an upcharge. My son is a race fan and did the track walk. He said it wasn’t worth it. The sim racer was great, but a charge. The breakfast could have been better. Eggs are ordered at the table and we never once had a waiter come by. I asked for our order to be taken only to be left waiting and no order ever brought to us. Given this was an up charge, this was unfortunate. The whole experience was a let down."
