"GWに初めて利用させて頂きました。 施設はとても清潔感があり綺麗でした。犬同伴の建屋を利用しましたが、写真でお風呂が半露天のように写ってましたが、完全室内でしたので残念でした。温泉も人工温泉でした。 ドックランを楽しみにしてましたが、土になっていてドロドロになりそうだったのと、 プラスチック？の線のようなものが大量に落ちていたので、遊ばせられませんでした。 一番の楽しみにしていたので残念でした。 ただ、施設は申し分なく綺麗で快適でした。"

"河口湖周辺観光や富士急ハイランド目的で2泊3日しました。4人家族で宿泊したのですが、皆んな別々の部屋に別れて眠ることが出来、家以外でこんなによく眠れたところは初めてです。静かで寝具も寝心地よく、長旅の疲れや忙しなく観光した疲れがよく取れました。リビングで皆んなで団欒も出来、家みたいにリラックスして過ごせました。しかも、洗濯機と乾燥機があったのが最高で、2泊3日分の家族の洗濯物を持ち帰らなくてよかったのは最高でした！また機会がありましたら、是非お願いします。本当にありがとうございました！"
