"My one night here became 3 nights. Judo is the most amazing person in Nagahama. He is very helpful and accommodating even though he was busy helping out with the festival. The property is well maintained, quaint and the area is very quiet at night. That’s when it turns magical. I highly recommend this guesthouse."

"Staff, when there, are delightful. Walkable distance from train station. Bathroom (shared) open from 5 - 10 pm only. Very cold water to shower and clean yourself with before you soak in a prerun hot bath. Found a man pleasuring himself in the women's bath one afternoon. Did not use bath thereafter for obvious reasons. Had to pay 100 yem per small towel per day! Seven days = 700 yen for a towel which was never changed. Bedding stained. exhaust fumes from neighbours aircon blow into bedroom...
