"This is the most beautiful ryokan we have ever stayed at. The food was delicious with a great variety and the staff explained the menu. Nice hot spring hotel overall
"Language barrier (maybe). Would be better if you can speak Japanese. When we asked for a taxi, they just point it out. But they called a taxi for another Japanese customer."
