"I booked this hotel because it wasn’t too terribly expensive and the pet fee was great. However, I wouldn’t say this hotel is really “pet friendly.” The pet area has no grass and is all dirt and right on top of a hill. Their pet policy says that you can’t leave the dogs at the hotel unless you are there which honestly defeats the purpose of being a pet friendly hotel. "Probably the best deal in Deadwood Colorado. My stay was in June 2026 room was immaculate staff at the desk and in the restaurant or top-notch. Won a few bucks in the casino as well. The restaurant has a 16 ounce T-bone dinner for $12.99 along with other cheap eats like a breakfast egg Benedict McMuffin sandwich for $2.99. I really enjoyed my stay. Whoever manages this place does a great job."
