At check-in find they don't have king room I reserved. Change to room with 2 full size beds. Go to shower there was no hot water. Turn on t.v. cable doesn't work. At 1a.m. go to front desk and am told "Oh, let me switch you because we haven't had complaints in other room. Absolutely awful...avoid at all costs!!!

Amerihost Inn, Fulton, MO

The pool and hot tub were out of order, and no breakfast was provided, despite the website stating that breakfast is included. Uncomfortable mattresses, lumpy pillows, dirty comforters. I would not stay there again, and don't recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable stay at a good price, and was surprised to see an indoor pool which was being used by other guests the night I was there. Would stay here again.

Desperately needs repair and maintenance. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and tried to do everything herself, including manning the front desk and pruning the shrubs in the parking lot. There was damage on the walls, furniture, and wall accessories. The shower had a narrow stream of water. The hot tub was broken. And the swimming pool was full of bubbles that made us afraid of going in. When I went for coffee at 6 AM, The person on duty at the front desk was sleeping in front of the security monitors. The side door, which should have been accessible by key only, was open to anyone who pulled the handle.

Tweekers running the property. Been trying to get my refund and deposit back from them for over 3 weeks. Getting the run around every time. Been told 5 times my money would be refunded by tonight. Each time is a different excuse. Last time was told they got everything figured out and that the owner would be calling at 5 pm to refund me. 3 days and still no call. Now i get hung up on when i do. Absolutely stay away!!!!!!! This is not a family place!!! Nor would i recommend anyone to this place!!!!

I have never felt so welcome anywhere else I’ve stayed. The manager and staff were very professional, efficient, and helpful. I travel to Jefferson City at least 3 times a year, and will be staying at Amerihost in Fulton every trip.
