"The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened. The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out. My coffee machine did not work either. When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call"

"Food, drinks, and great staff. I stayed here for the first time 6/5-6/10 I usually stay elsewhere but my brother recommended this place after staying there himself. This is my new spot, all the staff were cool, good energy, helpful, and sense of humor. I would name a staff but it was all of them combined that made the stay great, raises for everyone lol."

"This hotel threaten to call the police and have me charged with trespassing because my flight was delayed and i had to check out at 11am so i was sitting in their lobby for 30 min after checking out when this was said to me i have never had an experience like this before the rioms were uncleen bugs were present in the room stained sheets and trash left in cand from previous guest this was hands down the wourst experience i have ever had"

"Nice stay. Was locked out and had to wait on staff to return to the area to get back in the property. That took about 15 mins. Somehow my key card was disabled."

"Was exhausted from Airlines Nightmare so the accommodations were average. Staff was pleasant at an odd time frame. Would recommend a quick stay "

"The person in the front desk assigned me to a room that was already in use. I walked in there was dirty towels and luggage and someone was in the bathroom. They assigned me to a new room and the sheets were stained and everything just felt dirty. Even the hallways and lobby just seemed out of date and dirty with stains on the walls etc."
