My only complaint was that when I entered the room for the first time, the counters on the room were sprayed with cleaning solution and weren't wiped off. The "blue" liquid was on all surfaces, clearly sprayed - but not wiped. I used a wet washcloth to wipe down the coffee grounds, chapstick and other messes from the surface of the counters. "The bed was very lumpy, breakfast was muffins and coffee and was actually not out when I went to get it at 9:30 am. Blinds were not working and ac was loud. Definitely do not recommend."

"Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"The bathroom was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest I have seen in a hotel in a long time. The room was of adequate size. I would recommend insisting on an odd-numbered room (for example, 413), as the even-numbered rooms face the interstate and there is constant noise from the traffic. The odd-numbered rooms are on the side facing away from the interstate, so in theory they will be quieter. We arrived around 9pm, and unfortunately learned that the snacks and drinks stop being served at...

"Room was clearly remodeled. The linens were clean and nice. The floors were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and efficient. Highly recommend."

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."
