"This Best Western is conveniently located just off Interstate 80, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady working the night shift, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were both very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. There was no unpleasant odor, and I really appreciated that the window could be opened to let in fresh air while still keeping the room quiet. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices. The dining area was clean, and the breakfast staff were always smiling and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the money, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"This is such a charming hotel! The property is a renovated school that was built in the 1920s. We loved all the thoughtful details including the original hardwood floors and the interior design selections that alluded to the fact that the building was once a school. The restaurant serves charcuterie boards and clever cocktails. The check in process was a little confusing because there isn’t a dedicated front desk, and the shower temp was just lukewarm, but the charm of the hotel outweighed those minor issues."

"My adult daughters and I enjoyed playing pool volleyball, and some time in the hot tub. Breakfast was good. I always enjoy hotels with the waffle makers :) (and bring my own real maple syrup). Slept well. Staff was friendly/helpful. We did need to ask for another towel as 3 seems to be the standard even when you check in for 4 travelers."

"Pros: the hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and comfortable. The property was very quiet and close to everything you’d need in Pella. Not so pros: the bathroom was smaller than my closet, the faucet on the tub was very loose, the woman that checked us in could use a little more training. She seemed extremely confused and wasn’t sure how to check us in."
