"Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by."

"You cannot beat the location, as it is right on the main drag and across from the water, and close to the ferry. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful, as I had misplaced an item and they were able to hold it for me. The onsen in the basement is great. The tatami mats in the room are fine, and the futons are also comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything works."

"the shuttle is very convenient in taking your bags to the hotel before check-in so you can explore the island. The dinner in the room was one of the best meals we had. There was a night shuttle to the main area so that you can walk around for the illumination. Breakfast was perfect. Would stay again "

"Perfectly located across the road from the Ferry (no issue with noise). Nice sized rooms, perhaps in need of a little refresh (room door did not seal very well, large gaps around the edge and bottom which meant could hear corridor noise). Buffet style dinner and breakfast was amazing, so tasty & such a good variety. Really enjoyed that the ingredients were locally sourced. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"This property is in a fantastic location if you’re coming off the train. Two quick lefts and your at the hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The pillows used in my room where among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Beware however, the bathroom in the twin room was tiny. It was the smallest bathroom I’ve seen in Japan so far. Not much larger than your average cruise ship bathroom. You shouldn’t need to book a big room to get a decent sized bathroom. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay this hotel. The building itself is gorgeous with lots of nice amenities. We especially appreciated having coin laundry! The air conditioning in our room wasn’t quite working, and the heat actually ended up turning on a couple times however this neighbourhood was quiet enough for us to crack the window for fresh air instead. This hotel is also quite close to Hiroshima station and made it easy to commute!"

"What a stunning hotel... after staying here we wanted to only stay in Hotel Vistas in the rest of our trip! This is such a well located hotel, with small but incredibly well-designed and decorated spaces. The double bed room had a calming color scheme, rich palette of textures, and convenient items, from a sink/drink prep section to extra ottoman seating and a desk area with chair. "I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel. But it was FANTASTIC! Huge king size bed. But it took up most of the room. Slept great. Rooms were well insulated and couldn’t hear any hall noise or neighbors. Recommend to bring small luggage (or you can store your large bag downstairs). We had backpacks (left our big bags in Tokyo) so we were perfect. Nice happy hour. Extraordinary breakfast bar with MANY selections! Fantastic small restaurant down back door alley for traditional Hiroshima cabbage...
