"Dirty broken down place without any on site front desk staff. They only have remote staff seen on monitors sitting India or some other country. Actual hotel looks nothing like the pics. It is dirty!!!"

I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived.
