"No towels in the room, we had to go to front desk to ask for some. The person at front desk said they would bring them up to room but never did. I had to go a second time and after some time finally got towels to take a shower."

"We didn't even stay! Mold on the bed. Hairs on the bed. Other stains on the bed. Mold on the floor. Mold on the lamp shade. Peeling paint on doors, walls, and ceiling. Half-painted over floor moldings covering dark mold and severe flaking away. Tub laminate peeling apart. Cobwebs. Door trim literally falling apart, and having pervasive very visible rust. Spackle areas on the walls poorly painted over with a different color. Shameful condition. We have pictures of all! Front desk told us that...

"The drinks and dog food froze in the fridge overnight. The shower rod droops so the curtain doesn’t stay closed. Our keys worked in the evening but not the next morning. We had to turn on the electric connection cord to turn on the AC. Just happened to figure that out. A $100 refundable deposit was required!!! The breakfast was very skimpy. The juice drink machine was out of order. My guess is it had been that way for a while."

"Over all, we had a really good stay. Our room was clean and equipped with hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee. The bed and linens were clean, toilet and shower was clean, sink area was clean. The only thing that I disliked was the floors seemed to get damp with the AC on but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. If we do return to the area for travel, I would consider greatly staying here again."

"Older property, a bit overpriced for what you got but excellent staff, very accommodating and that made up for noisy neighbors who were blasting their tv at 10 PM. Staff went right to their room and got them to shut it down. No health club or coffee shop or anything like that. Very convenient location right off 70 in Hebron, and much cheaper than staying in Columbus which is 20 miles west and also one of the top locations in America for bed bugs! That was one reason I stayed in Hebron. Road...
