"This is my fourth stay at HelloSky. The perfect solution for a restful night after super long flights. I don't even want to taka a taxi, shuttle, or bus to a hotel. I just walk out of the baggage claim area, and I go down one floor to HelloSky. They are very courteous, polite, and very helpful. "

"The staff were lovely and this has been consistent with my stays in a Holiday Inn Express in the UK. The shuttle bus is only available at particular times. We didn’t understand this upon our arrival and stood for an hour like utter lemons then got charged €30 to get to the hotel. I didn’t like the vending machine. It was awkward to use though the sandwich was very welcome. I would have preferred to use the stairs rather than the lift but they seemed to be alarmed. The dining room staff were overwhelmed and quite a bit inattentive in the evenings especially at weekends but were excellent in the morning. Even when the coffee machine broke down a couple of times. Overall apart from a couple of niggles it was an excellent hotel. Very clean and excellently serviced. Sadly it was not located well for us and we worried frequently about travelling over our bus stop. The bridge over the motorway was also a bit of a nightmare in the heat and for anybody with vertigo. If it could have been placed closer to Madrid centre I think it would have suited us better. "

"Great service. I was checking previous reviews and was hesitant on this but they did deliver. I was able to get shuttle to and from the airport which is a big plus. Breakfast is great and hotel restaurant offers a delicious selection of food. Big thumbs up from the team. Thank you. "
