Host was extremely easy to reach & resolved an elevator issue very quickly which was most appreciated! Would def stay there again! Apartment was bright, modern and in such a charming area. "

"The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient. If we were to go back to Prato, which we will, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommendable. "

"Camere molto datate e in bagno aveva solo una tenda come chiusura doccia. Non c’ era neanche l’ asciugacapelli. Inoltre c’era un cattivo odore nelle scale e nel corridoio a causa probabilmente dei vapori della cucina"

"Did have to ask for the air to be turned on. However, for the price and so near the tram it was a comfortable stay. Take head phones it has thin walls. Good breakfast and there is resturant attached. Enjoy our stay."
