"The food choices were extensive, something for everyone. The staff from the breakfast to upstairs bar to cleaning services were excellent. Everyone was warm & welcoming, plus always wanting to hear what you got to see while visiting their island. The hotel was Extremely clean, the floors sparkled. The hotel is striking in size and decor. The only 2 things they could improve for a 5 star, the spa needs music, lighting and a menu of options. "Close to the beach & the airport Karteros Hotel is in a great location. It is also 20 mins by bus from the port. WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more. The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly. A lovely one night stay. "

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.
