"Lovely place, helpful staff. Only negative was parking our car. Upon arrival we did not know that we could not park our car at the property. It instead had to be valet parked."

"Feltétel nélkül ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást annak, aki Ortigiába érkezik. A város szívében van, minden pár perc gyaloglással elérhető: éttermek, reggelizőhelyek, boltok, látnivalók, óriási a választék. Hangulatos, szépen gondozott a szállás, tiszta minden. Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít."
