"The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The common areas made a great first impression, and the service we received was good.
Unfortunately, there were several issues with our room that significantly impacted our experience. The bathtub appeared to have a large yellow stain running down it, which looked unclean and was quite off-putting.
