"The setting of this hotel is beautiful, and as long as you have a car, it’s easy to get around - we used it for a base for the Galway area. Our stay included breakfast, which was lovely. We even had it in our room one day. A few draw backs for us was: the front desk staff, who were pretty rude and unhelpful when we checked in (but we are used to American level of friendliness of service) Also how early everything closed, the kitchen closes at nine even on a weekend… I wish we had known…"

"The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. However, there really wasn’t anyplace to unpack and store clothing, which made it more difficult to navigate the small space. The shower was great, but the towels were flimsy. The staff were always helpful. We had lunch in the bar one afternoon, which was delicious, although the seafood chowder should have been hotter. We appreciated the parking discount, but rolling heavy bags along the city streets in the rain was exhausting after the drive. Not much to be done about that with the fun location of the property. The hotel is similar to Manhattan boutique properties. "

"Nice area for a quick breakfast. Staff at front desk was helpful when asking for some advice. Was close to Eyre Square, Galway Bus Station, Train Station and felt safe. Would stay again at this hotel. "

"Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible- above and beyond- I wish I got the name of the girl working the 2 nights I was there she was great. We utilized the laundry service, which was simple and convenient. £25 a bag. The breakfast was just what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. The pool was nice- I do wish there was more space to just relax in the pool when I went it was set up for las only- but that might have been the timing. Bistro restaurant was pretty good!"
