J’ai réservé pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et à mon arrivée chambre famille c’est ok Surprise en entrant dans la chambre … un grand lit et un lit une personne ? 3 serviettes 3 mugs 3 bouteilles d’eau …. Je descends à la réception et surprise le réceptionniste m’indique qu’ici les plus grande chambre c’est pour 3 personnes… malgré le fait que je lui montre ma Réservation expédia … après discussion avec un manager la solution a été trouvé …. Perfect location, park next door and enjoy Galway Comfy bed and a great breakfast provided The check in was smooth and professional and let us in about 15 minutes sooner. Would totally recommend this hotel and would stay here again

My stay was amazing! The view of the river was beautiful! We opened the windows at night and had a glorious breeze and the sounds of birds in the morning. The location was the best!!! The Galway girl resteraunt was literally a.one or 2 minute walk and that place and its stew was one of my favorite.along with high cafe morroca. Food. Chicken tagine. It's beside the grape leaf pub. You can get your grown up beverage there at the grape (something) pub and then walk up to the high cafe to eat. But i have to say my favorite thing about the Leonardo Hotel is the wonderful fragrance they diffuse in the hotel lobby. It is so fresh and clean. It just made happy tonwalk it. Thanls Leonardo!

This was a lovely clean hotel in a great location for enjoying Galway. We had breakfast included and the breakfast was good both days. Clean modern rooms and we enjoyed the bar as well.

The staff was very helpful when we asked for assistance with reservations and toiletries for the room. The rooms were small but clean. We liked the convenience of the location to shopping, pubs and restaurants. It was nice to be in the city center where we could easily walk to our destinations.

Great hotel downtown Galway. The breakfast was tasty but minimal options for vegetarians. Amazing location right on Quay St with shopping, pubs and restaurants all right there!

Staff very friendly and good breakfast. Parking very handy although quite tight to negotiate. Only downside was the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

We just started here for two weeks, this hotel was absolutely lovely, and was sorry convenient to stay at because it was close to everything. Would have been nice if the rooms had a few more towels and toilet paper right away but housekeeping was super great about giving extra if you asked. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city
Lovely hotel-everything above par including the staff. My only negative was that although they provided shampoo, body and hand soap, there was no conditioner or lotion. Small complaint and still 5 stars for me.
