"Desde el inicio de mi llegada, todo fue mal. Las personas a cargo no son amables, no les interesa atender bien a los clientes. Este hotel no debería estar en Expedía. Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas. "

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...
