"Hotel was centrally located. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good but I wish they started it earlier than 7:00am. Couple days we missed breakfast because we had tours planned. We were also supposed to have gotten a bottle of wine with each room booked but didn’t get that either. Otherwise the hotel was nice."

"The location was the best aspect of the property. Only 5 minute walk to the Duomo. Our room was a little noisy due to trams that passed by. Breakfast was good and front desk staff was very helpful!!"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated the convenience of the nearby places. However, the breakfast was consistently disappointing. There were a few safety concerns with the property. The floor in the dining hall was broken, and the faucets in the steam shower were overly forceful, making it difficult to enjoy the sauna and steam. These issues were the main reasons I chose this hotel."
