"Do not recommend this hotel. Back entry door doesn't latch so ANYONE can enter the hotel day & night. I reported it and they were aware of it and said they were unable to fix it. Empty soap/shampoo containers, wet carpet from air conditioner so very musty, lamp didn't work, shower flooded bathroom and many other things. Outside wasn't mowed, tall weeds, garbage, etc. Do not recommend for anyone other than the State Health Dept."

"The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town."

"The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. I owe her a big thank you. 100% recommending this place"

"Great staff. There were 3 of us in the room. There was one bar of hand soap. 1 set of towels. There was not a complete set of bedding for the hide a bed."

"Room was pretty nice! I really loved that it had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable but a little soft and squeaky, bathroom was nice and clean. When we first arrived they already had the room cooled so overall my experience was pleasant. Staff was great they were nice and responded to my requests for towels etc., would stay here again!"

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

"Rooms are small and on weekends it is extremely noisy if you are in the back near the bar and live bands. Parking is also limited on weekends for people that come to see the bands play take all the hotel parking and If you are paying to stay there you have nowhere to park. Rooms are nice and the AC works great. Our bathroom it was hard to use the restroom and close the door at the same time as cramped as it was. If you aren't the party type and want to go to bed at a decent hour you better...
