"rooms were clean fridge was hella small couldn't fit my leftovers in there, and no micorwave, and you can't stream you apps to TVs. Everything else was great"

"I’ve stayed at the Icon in Ellensburg twice now and I’ll stay there again when the need arises. We have children who attend Central WA University so we’re in the area quite a bit. Because of Graduation, most of the hotels were completely booked and the rates were way higher than usual at most. I booked the Icon months ago, knowing how busy the area would get. My husband hadn’t stayed with me there before so I was a little nervous that he wouldn’t find it as awesome as our usual (former) go-to...

"Friendly staff. Gave 4-stats because the train ran in front of our room all night. Ask for the backside of the hotel to avoid this. At $400 night, a makeup mirror would be nice! Only gives 2 servings of coffee for two nights for two people, decaf does not count. All the Lobby garbage was overflowing with garbage. Nice gym :-D Sadly, I would not stay here again."

"The back door was broken and you didn’t have to use the key. My room door didn’t work and the staff had to change my key three times and come and open the room door. The staff also struggled to open the door. The occupants in the room across from me also had trouble opening the door. The room was very over priced and you could smell the strong chlorine from the pool throughout the hotel. I will never stay there again."

"The room was dirty, the bathroom had blood in it, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable as a pull out bed. I had my kids with me and did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room with the lack of cleanliness. The front desk gal was the only pleasant thing about the stay as she tried to help. The pool was down which should be announced that it hasn’t been working for months as that is why we booked the stay. There was also loud noise in the walls from plumbing or something that work go off...

"Very good breakfast offering, with a comfortable room in a location convenient to CWU. We made use of the pool and hot tub, which were very nice after a long day on the road. Second time we've stayed at this location and we would recommend it."
